Student Registration Documents

We are excited to have you join our school community. Please review our Course Offerings.  We ask that you use this to complete the course planning sheet to select your courses. If you require assistance in selecting the appropriate courses, please use our Student Registration Guide Book. Students applying from outside of the Edmonton Catholic School Division must complete the ECSD Registration Process.

Grade 10 students at Romero are required to have a full schedule consisting of eight blocks of classes.  

5 Credits = Full block (everyday for one semester)    

3 Credit = Half block (every second day for one semester)

For all new Grade 10 students at our feeder schools, we have set the following dates for your respective school for one-on-one course selection meetings. Please use this planning sheet and course offering reference to select your Grade 10 courses!

New to ECSD/St. Oscar Romero

For new to St. Oscar Romero Catholic High School students who did not attend an ECSD school for 2025-2026, or who do not attend our current feeder schools noted above, we ask that you complete our course planning sheet and email it to us here at the school at 1028web@ecsd.net prior to March 20, 2026.
